Recount issue, please help me!

Hi, a couple of months ago Recount quit on me in the middle of WoW. I got an error message and because I didn't understand it I clicked the "close" button. Recount disappeared immediately, so I tried to recover it. I uninstalled it from curse client, purged all of the Recount files I could find on my hard drive and reinstalled it via curse client. Upon reloading WoW, it isn't even listed on my "addons" tab in the esc menu, let alone as a node on the mini map. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is, or what I can do about it (if anything)? Thanks in advance =)

Click the addons button on the screen where you choose which character you want to play and put the check next to it.
