Default Dr. Damage style addon...for threat

For my rogue I like to use Dr. Damage by Gagorian. This amazing little addon does all types of super magic number squishing to display the probable damage that an action will cause right on the button. This is invaluable for a DPS class so that they can see immediately which one of their abilities will cause more damage, and for DPS classes that's great.

I would love if I had a similar addon that could do all of that cool number smashing for threat instead. I am not sure if this is even possible. I would assume (yes, I know what assuming does) that since the Blizzard threat API came along that threat is able to be pulled from the server, but alas, I am not an addon dev. I humbly come to you guys, the addon magic makers, to see if this is possible, has been done, or would like to be automagically created.

My Dwarven Warrior would be eternally grateful.

It is possible, but would have to be built on top of DrDamage. Most abilities do either

1. Constant amount of threat (for example, Counterspell)
2. Variable amount of threat (constant + coefficient*damagedone)
3. Variable amount of threat v2 (constant + coefficient*damagedone + coefficient2*(bleed and dot damage))
4. Constant or damage done + X% of your AP (so threat scales with your AP)

All the above are modified by buffs/debuffs/gems/talents/glpyhs. Also, beneficial spells such as buffing and healing do AoE threat (amount healed / 2 / number of mobs in combat with you that is not CCed). For paladins, its further divided by 2 compared to all other healing classes, but this only applies to their paladin healing spells and not to any other heal effect that isn't exclusively a paladin spell. Potions, and regenning mana that isn't due to MP5 or Spirit also gives threat (mana/2).

For example, Lifebloom does an initial X threat, each tick that heals Y does Y/2 threat and the final bloom causes 0 threat for both caster and target.

For exact threat equations on warrior skills (since you are a warrior), see posts #1 to #5 on

How hard do you think this would be to impliment? Is this as simple as reworking some of the code to recalculate for threat, or is this something someone very skilled in LUA would need to do?
